Coconut cream and oil have a number of health benefits – it contains healthy fats which are easily absorbed by the body and used for energy, increasing metabolism and reducing fatigue. It also has anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.

Free from all dairy for those who are lactose intolerant, or those who prefer not to consume dairy based on principle or religion. SMALT dairy-free ice creams are made with a combination of delicious dairy-free creams, milk and butters and as all other SMALT ice creams, also sugar free.

All our sorbets are created sugar-free, dairy-free and are made with real fruit.

We add a small amount of Aloe Vera to our sorbet - Aloe vera is known for its antibacterial, antiviral, and antiseptic properties...its powerful polyphenols have been shown to help heal wounds, treat skin problems and improve digestive health.
